I already have my own platform. Why do I need BlinkCampaign ?

Glad you fall into this group. If you've dabbled with setting up your own platform previously, you would understand our pain in developing and setting one up. Ensuring deliverability, bandwidth, server space, white listing your servers... The list just goes on. We've done all the hard work for you, leaving you free to concentrate on what you do best: designing and providing online marketing services.

Is my (and my clients) information secure?

Access to BlinkCampaign is protected via a username and password. Only once you've successfully logged in to BlinkCampaign via your unique and/or custom BlinkCampaign site address, can you access your information. Our hosting facility is a purpose built, high availability hosting facility hosting many other mission critical business applications, but also full 24x7 operational monitoring and systems administration services. Read our privacy policy for more information.

Is there an offline version or one I can download?

BlinkCampaign is proudly an online tool that you can access from anywhere with an internet connection. You can export your subscribers and reports at any stage, but you have to signup for the (one and only) online version to use BlinkCampaign .

Can I export my data if I don´t want to use BlinkCampaign anymore?

All your subscriber lists and reports may be exported at anytime. Your account never expires and there are no termination or re-connection fees. However, your campaign data will be purged 1 year after the launch of each campaign as our server space is finite.

Is this a long-term commitment? How much do I have to pay monthly?

There are no monthly subscription fees. Heck, there's no installation, setup fees or any base cost for each campaign either. Just pay-as-you-go for the number of mails sent out. The only commitment on your side is to generate more revenue from online marketing, as and when you're able to. Check out our pricing structure for more details.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice me?

Currently we accept payments through PayPal, subjected to PayPal's terms and payment methods. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Why can't I find my question in this list?
